Yes. The agreement signed by the parties and two witnesses appointed by Acordos Brasil is valid as an Extrajudicial Executive Title as provided for in Article 784, item III of the Civil Procedure Code, and may be judicially approved if the parties wish. 

If the attempt to reach the agreement is non-existent, a term will be drawn up and a report will be delivered to the complaining party with a history of all the procedures carried out to serve as evidence in a possible future judicial process. The parties may seek other means of resolving the conflict, such as arbitration or the Judiciary.
